For online purchases, Aurelian Jewelry will accept merchandise in its original condition for a store credit when accompanied by the original packaging and original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
Should you decide to return a purchase for credit, you must notify Aurelian Jewelry through the Customer Contact Center within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns of Aurelian Jewelry products which are not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below may be rejected by Aurelian Jewelry and will be sent back to you.
Conditions to Return a Product
Aurelian Jewelry products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Aurelian Jewelry will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Your right to cancel your contract with us for all goods within a collection that you have ordered is subject to
I) You not having worn or damaged the jewelry.
II) You not having removed the security tag from the item
III) You requesting a ‘Returns Authorization (RA) Number’ within 7 days of receiving your goods.
IV) You return your goods within 7 days of receiving your RA number.
Personalized and custom-made products can also be returned, however due to the very specific nature we cannot reimburse you with full cost of the retail price we will retain 50% of the retail price.
Engraved Aurelian Jewelry products cannot be returned to Aurelian Jewelry for exchange or refund.
Late Returns: The RA number must be requested within 7 days of delivery and the goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving the RA number. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Aurelian Jewelry and may only be refunded as a store credit.
All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Aurelian Jewelry to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, Aurelian Jewelry will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), Aurelian Jewelry will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
If you wish to return a product to the Aurelian Jewelry e-boutique distribution center, you must comply with the following steps:
I) Contact the Customer Contact Center by emailing email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is required prior to returning any product to Aurelian Jewelry,
II) You will be sent a Return Form along with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) Fill out the required information, list your Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the return form and sign it,
III) Include the completed return form with the product, all its accessories, the Product Manual, the Certificate of Authenticity, the Warranty Card and all other documents, in its original box and delivery package,
IV) You will be issued with a FedEx telephone and account number so you can arrange a FedEx collection for your return. Please ensure that you write clearly on the FedEx paperwork that the item is being returned.
V) The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you received it. We are not liable to refund you if the jewelry is returned to us broken. You must at the same time return any accessories sent with the item (jewelry box, certificate and promotional gifts), and be sure that the security tag is left on. Returns may be sent via an insured shipping method.
VI) Drop the package at any Fedex location or call Fedex to arrange pick-up. You must keep a proof of return shipment, and Aurelian Jewelry accepts no liability in the event you are unable to produce such proof. Only merchandise received by the Aurelian Jewelry e-boutique distribution center will be eligible for a refund
Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
There is no charge for returning items. Please note Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Upon receiving your return, we will notify you by email and Aurelian Jewelry will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy.
Refunds and Merchandise Credit
Should a product be returned to the Aurelian Jewelry e-boutique distribution center, only the Customer will be entitled to receive a refund. In no event will a Gift Recipient be entitled to receive a refund.
If you have requested a refund, Aurelian Jewelry will use reasonable efforts to credit the refund to the Customer’s credit card no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the returned item by the Aurelian Jewelry PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you, in the way detailed above, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
Customers and Gift Recipients may return a product purchased on the Website or through the Customer Contact Center and, if the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy, exchange it for another item.
The Customer will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference, if the returned product is more expensive than the exchanged item.
If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Customer or Gift Recipient, as applicable, will be charged the difference in price.
If you have requested an exchange we will only be able to ship your exchanged goods once we have received the returned item(s).
You will be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
Cancelation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:
I) We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
II) We do not deliver to your area; or
III) One or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Delivery and Insurance
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
We make no promise that materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States of America, and accessing the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United States of America, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question on email@example.com.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option either:
I) To make good any shortage or non-delivery
II) To replace any goods that are damaged or defective
III) To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as mentioned above.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

The Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without reference to conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to the Conditions of Sale, including the validity, invalidity, breach or termination thereof, shall be adjudicated or arbitrated in the State and County of New York.
